DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Mainland 48 United States)
FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are charged 10% of the total for shipping, with a $14.95 minimum charge.In addition to this flat rate fee, some items will have additional fees for oversized shipping or truck freight.
OVERSIZE SHIPPING CHARGES:
Items with this logo will carry an additional shipping charge due to the oversized weight or dimensions of the item.
- Items marked OS1 (Oversize 1) will be subject to an additional $9.95 fee per item.
- Items marked OS2 (Oversize 2) will be subject to an additional $19.95 fee per item.
- Items marked OS3 (Oversize 3) will be subject to an additional $49.95 fee per item. These oversize fees are in addition to the regular shipping charge.
ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY ITEMS:
Due to size and weight considerations for items with large dimensions or heavy items, these items are charged actual shipping rate. Please contact us for a shipping quote as it will vary depending on your shipping destination.
Items with this designation do not qualify for Flat Rate shipping, and the estimated shipping charges displayed will not apply. You can call or email us for a shipping quote.
TRUCK FREIGHT items will be charged actual shipping fees. Please call or email us for a shipping quote on truck freight items. Freight items do not qualify for free shipping or flat rate shipping. The quoted shipping prices are NOT for TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS. Your order will not be billed until we confirm your freight costs.
EXPRESS SHIPPING METHODS such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available at actual cost. Please call for a quote.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (outside Mainland 48 United States)
Orders outside of the lower 48 US States do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Actual shipping charges will be assessed.
We will be happy to quote shipping at your request, if needed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Actual shipping charges will be assessed.
Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
We usually use the most cost effective way to ship your order. If you would like a shipping quote, you could add a comment to the order or send us an email, and we will be happy to quote for you.
Return & Refund Policy:
Items must be returned in perfect new condition, with original packaging.
No returns on electrical items, literature, videos or dvds.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged to customers on ALL returned items.
Before returning merchandise, a valid return authorization must be obtained from our office, or the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, there will be no authorization for returns after that point.
A copy of your original invoice must be included with your return.
We would rather offer you a business credit or exchange of merchandise than a refund. With an exchange or business credit there will not be a 20% restocking fee.
Any part which appears to have been used, installed, improperly handled, or improperly packaged by the customer for return will not be accepted for a return.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
Damaged Merchandise Claims:
Please inspect your packages while the carrier is present if possible. Package deliveries are the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, Truck Carrier) not Branda Performance Inc.
Insurance is included on all shipments.
YOU MUST CONTACT THE PACKAGE CARRIER WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO FILE A CLAIM.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US as we cannot replace the parts until a claim has been settled with the carrier.
Shortage Claims:
We must be notified of any shortage claims or errors in shipment within 48 hours of delivery.
